I was able to switch my focus to Curves which gives me the Weight Management I need (under watchful eyes!) and the circuit training and walking as part of the program. So far, i have been able to drop pounds pretty easily. I use the exchange route plus a few on the go choices that seem to be part of my lifestyle. But they offer so many other options! I appreciate the support as well. Plus, my insurance pays for part of it as well.

FS has helped me immense to face my problems and I still intend to use the site. Definitely to track myself with healthy eating for a lifetime.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
