I didn't need to eat that 2nd lemon cake slice. Or the last 2 chicken goujons. In my mind because it's not a lot on it's own I kind of justify it to myself, it's only on seeing the bigger picture at the end of the day that it's those little extra couple of things that push me over what I'd like to be consuming. And it's likely that those extra little things have stopped me from losing this last week or so. I need to have a stronger resolve as there's no point putting so much effort in when I'm at work if I ruin it by eating stupid things when I get home with the kids. I'm entering a pretty stressful couple of weeks at work so it's going to be a testing time but definitiely must do better.

I hear yeh. I have those days too and like you, I give myself a good talking to, dust myself down and climb back on the wagon. You're doing so very well and I've no doubt that you'll keep it up.
