Disappointing, I want bread!!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you like pork rinds? Sprinkle some grated sharp cheddar cheese on some pork rinds put in microwave for about 10 - 15 seconds. It gives you that full feeling like bread does.

Are 12-15 gram of your net carbs per day coming from leafy green veggies? Or at least from servings of low carb veggies? Are you staying at <20 net carbs a day? Eating enough good fats, or simply eating enough? Perhaps staying away from Atkins candies, bars, and shakes? If yes to all these I'm surprised that you'd be craving carbs such as bread...
