So I have been doing better with recording my food and I still lost 0.8 pounds this last week, but the exercising every day is near impossible lately. Me, my daughter, and my son have all been sick for a week, work has been crazy busy, and my husband is working longer hours. Try to fit in even 30 minutes of exercise between my schedules and just being exhausted from work and illness-YEAH RIGHT. Does anyone have any tips for making it even a little easier???
