So giving up on the 350 cal "down" days, have allowed myself to go up towards 500 cal. I simply won't be able to sustain it otherwise. But I am amazed at how well I can eat within 400-550 cal... I wonder if that means I am doing something wrong!?
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
