who-hooo! Not a huge drop, but I'm in ketosis, so I know more is on the way. Went shopping to celebrate yesterday.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How do you know if you are in ketosis

hi...the physical signs for me are that I get an odd taste in my mouth, i get very thirsty for water, and have a huge burst of energy...like I've had 10 cups of coffee. Another way to check for sure is to get Ketone test strips at the pharmacy. They are usuaully in the diabetic section. Good luck!
