So, it has taken me about 2 weeks to adjust from my NY diet, and to get done to 135 (which I hit exactly!). I'm feeling a little pooped out though. I'm getting to the point where I just want to eat everything, but I try to keep telling myself, I'm only 10 pounds away from my final weight, I can do this! I really need some encouragement right now, anything will help!

In the mean time, on to my next mini goal, 130 pounds!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe your body needs a little more calories. Give yourself one day To eat what u what but in moderation ...damn I need To follow my own advice! LOL I'm not on.a specific diet but I'm working on eating salads with eggs or chicken in them. I also Will eat tuna with out bread. I love cereal and that's bad. Anyways Keep trying! You come so far. I got down to!131 and now 136-137. Very releasing. Don't let that happen to u.

Maybe. There are some days where I go out to eat, and I ignore my calories a little bit, but then I feel really guilty the next day. Last night I was very strong though! I had already reached my calorie limit, and I wanted pizza so bad! But my boyfriend helped and said we could have it for dinner today. I just wanna be at my goal weight already! ): haha
