My solo went well Saturday, and as expected I didn't eat much and my weigh in went well (almost at the -10 mark!). What I didn't expect was the amount of tiredness and hunger I would have on Sunday, and I ate really bad but still stayed within calories. As a matter of fact, today I am still beyond tired. I'm having to constantly give myself the "you can do it" pep talks to keep from just going nuts at a Burger King or something. I need another big project to work toward, so Shimmy Mob in May is going to be my new focus.
