Got my personal best on a 5 mile run at the race yesterday, despite freezing weather and some doofus breaking a St. Pat's necklace on the course, which I slipped on. Who does that?

Great race, though. On to the marathon relay in six weeks!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
