Obviously, I have had a setback, but I decided I needed a boost so today I'm starting fresh with a cleanse. I hope this works!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

How long are you doing your cleanse? I am on day two of the LA Take Off. usually works well. I did some different things this time, like make a healthy frittata that has more salt overall. Hope I didn't blow it by doing this. Sure was fun to do.

It's called a 30-day Deep Cleansing and Fat Burning System by Isagenix. There are only 4 actually deep cleansing days in the month. My first one is tomorrow followed by the next day. Then there are two more on the same days next week. The other days are 2 nutritious shakes per day with snacks in between and a 400-600 healthy meal, for around 1200 calories/day. I baked tilapia with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and feta cheese and served it with some brown rice and broccoli tonight. It was so good!! I'll have to give an update after my first deep cleanse day tomorrow.
