Wow! Time and endurance on the LCHF definitely pays off!

I'm so pleased with the amazing results within our challenge group. Between the 24 participants we have lost just over 41kg's in 10 weeks! That's really wonderful and very encouraging! Still another 2 weeks to go on this challenge :-)

My skin, my body and my energy has been positively transformed! I still have to go a few months before I finally reach my goal of 55 kg. I'm really enjoying the adventure - and my cravings are gone! I'm actually not hungry most of the time!

I now feature a waist that is flat (had a bulging stomach before) and I am able to fit into clothes which I did not wear for some time).

Its flattering to receive all the compliments from people who work with me or mingle in my circle. They don't know my "fatsecret" journey but compliment me so much that my cheeks often ache from laughter!

The journey continues.. I love it!
