My eating the last three days have been out of control...but I recorded just about every bite, so I really see how much I go over my calories. I have my RDI set for 1500, these last few days have been 2000 to 2500 calories.
Last year I did really well with allowing myself a pop and a something sweet on Sundays. I'm going to try that again.
I had hoped I'd be under 200 lbs by may when I go home to see my family, but now I'm going to shoot for 215 lbs...this is all if I can get my eating under control. I have been going to the gym, but I still won't lose if I'm going over 1500 calories.

I've heard that cheat meals once a week work well for some people, you should definitely give it a try. And don't be so hung up on weight, try to focus on how good you feel. I hope it all works out for you!
