My life is just way too crazy right now. I'm still around, still recording everything, but struggling to "behave". I think I'm just not giving this the priority it needs for me to succeed. Not sure which way to go right now...I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing, and I feel frustrated. Grrr

I won't say 'at least you're not gaining ' as I know that's little consolation when you feel the caloric deficit should yield a loss. Our bodies seem to have a mind of their own. How are your clothes feeling / fitting? Better / same / tighter?

A wee bit more snug, just enough to be depressing, y'know? Oh, I'll get there in time, I'm sure...I'm really big on self-talk as part of my success, but lately I've been too busy to "think". Sounds silly, huh.

If you're not giving this priority and you're not gaining I don't see anything to beat yourself up over. The motivation will return and you'll ride with it when it comes. I agree with the self-talk thing - for me it comes as visualisation. Put time aside to think and be mindful but you may still have other priorities than your weight and your diet, and that's fine :)

Aw, thanks, Earthlady :-). You're right, of course. I think I'm just disappointed, because I didn't realize school would take so much of my "mind", lol. I mean, I was all hyped up and ready to rock, and then pfffttt...I'll be alright :-)
