Still not lost any weight. Eating and drinking too much, and not using treadmill enough. I have downloaded a training plan to train to run 5k, which is 3 times per week over 9 weeks. Surely if I do this and cut down on the booze I should shift some weight !?!?

i drink a bit too much too,but if you jump on that treadmill more and watch the carbs you can lose weight.depending on your choice of drink you can lower the carbs.light beer or no calorie mixers.just a suggestion.dont give up.

Thank you. I normally do weight watchers points, and I've just worked out the calories in everything I eat which I thought were low calorie, and I am really shocked to see things have lots of calories. I think I will start counting calories for the next week and see how I get on. Thanks for your advice. Also, I drink cider which I know is really bad,... New leaf from tomorrow !!
