It was a good week. Getting used to the portions, planning and tracking. They are time consuming but apparently well worth it!
291.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 3.2 lb a week
