Yes, I know I haven't been on here in forever...been really fighting with the diet/exercise thing. I knew that the 206 weight was just a one-time scales "flirting" with me...been staying at 209-212 area for the last few weeks, so I guess I'm not being terribly bad lol, and I've been sort of following the low-carb program but sort of not (last night we went to Azteca for Mexican!). I know I need to get back into SOMETHING to lose that 10-20 lbs I want to lose before daughter's wedding in July, which is getting closer every day, but I just don't seem to be able to get back into that mentality. *ugh*

I feel your pain! I have been hovering around 195 for weeks!!! I stopped walking like I was, I am totally bummed because Easter is so close and I LOVE Easter Candy!!! I found an awesome guidebook though about following a low carb diet, I liked it and I think it has been helping me to see a bigger picture, something different than Atkins, or stuff you find here. right now, I'm hoping I can break that 200lb barrier...I really don't remember the last time my first digit was a 1... thanks for the link, I'll take a look! I'd say Hang in there, but I'm beginning to feel like an orangutan, from "hanging" for so long lmao!!
