down to 77 exactly! my laptop died for 24 hrs so wasnt able to record anything yesterday but I was at 77.1. I was so scared of gaining it back last night because I indulged in two rum and cokes but i did dance my ass off so I guess it compensated for that:) I also have started training with a personal trainer who kicks my butt-around 1h30 per day. Today m taking an off day because I am so sore from everywhere, I cant even stretch, but ill be back on it tomorrow! Anyways, had a great night last time went to a one in a million live music venue in Casablanca that had a reggae band on-was awesome. xx
169.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
