hooray! i lost a lb!! ok so it is not the 2lbs that would bring me miles closer to my 7lbs in march target but it is something towards it. Onwards we go! matching towards our goal!!!

so what did i do different, i used my syns wisely. ate more of the free foods and SS foods. it was also a hectic week in the sense that there was a bit more rushing around so i was a bit more active.

i know i know but i am not yet ready to commit to exercising "regularly". one step at a time but i am certain that would speed up my weight loss once i get round to it. i still play badminton at least once a week and cycle...
188.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Slimming World   losing 1.0 lb a week
