I had a great week and I feel so much better. I finally see a loss this week and more to come in the next few weeks. I am really aiming for 3 pounds a week. I will continue to pray on it and work hard for it.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
