one minute at a time :) Feel great..not hungry or starving. Still trying to figure out a better work routine as far as my meals and snacks go but doing good. Have been making sure I eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up and have really been working on my food portions and when I eat. Again one minute at a time
300.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
