I really over did it today Started out so well. Lunch provided at work, soup and salad. Got home and into the peanut butter. I wrapped that stuff up and took it and put it in the pantry area in the basement!!! I DO NOT want to see it upstairs!!!! Husband left his m+m's out in full view!!!! OMG!!! I have asked and pleaded with him NOT to do this!!! I feel I need to gain control over those foods! Still learning to manage. On the up side....got a lot of exercise in this afternoon. Only to counter-act my mess ups! But thankful at the same time!!!
