OW: 222 LBS 11/9/12

Woah, it's been awhile since last weigh-in. It's been a little bit of a roller coaster, weight-wise as well as health-wise, as its officially hay fever season here and I got hit pretty hard this last two weeks. With my allergies acting up, I've had a harder time getting my exercise at the gym in so my weight felt like it went up a little last week. However this week I've gotten my gym time in so I was happy when I looked at the scale today and saw I dipped below my last weigh-in. Hopefully I can continue my exercising and keeping my calories down as I navigate through this allergy season. #StayingPositive
188.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
