Well.... vacation too much food to eat. I eat when I am bored and the 4 hour drive both ways was just too much. Snacked on veggies, and then crackers rice ones from Trader Joe's because 35 mini rice crackers are only 135 calories! Still ate too much so now I am paying for it. I still turned down the second piece of French toast, so am still the same, and want to lose so much more... I will keep saying a prayer.

"Lord help me be the temple you want to abide in."

268.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
