Today i made some spaghetti i really didnt eat alot of it but i had no idea that it was so bad for you i found today really hard staying with in the 1200 cal. limit im getting ready to do my yoga but am wondering if its not going to be enough :( im also feeling really snacky i get really hungry at night and could snack all night :/ im trying to find ways to avoid eating but i feel like the more i try to avoid it the harder it is to stay away from the snacks.

I know exactly how you feel. Try using wheat pasta and ground turkey in your spaghetti, and of course, watch the potion size. As far as late night snacking, I have that problem too. I just try my best to resist, but it's best to arm yourself with healthy options just in case you can't fight it. Maybe a little fruit, jello, or a popsicle made with real fruit. Good luck staying as low as 1200 cal the whole day. I can't usually do it. But if that's your goal, you might want to have a smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and then plan your dinner based on the calories that are left over. Good luck.

thank you i know i went over a little bit yesterday im gonna try harder today but i guess it was enough cause i lose two pounds yaayyy <3
