Down another pound. Interesting. Still not counting calories, just the carbs. We will see if this holds. Doing the carb night tomorrow instead of Sunday. Lifted a ridiculous amount of weight (for me)at the gym today. So bass ackwards, but I'm not hungry and obviously getting stronger, and it's only 2 weeks in. I'm kind of excited about it now, instead of skeptical. Just read about the benefits of niacin and niacin-amide. Have been giving that a go the past couple weeks too. My knee feels better, not sure that's what it is but when I try leg press it doesn't give me a peep. Stairs are not a pain. Going to read some more.
