I haven't been in the 140's since I was in my early 30's and weightloss was easy with a little exercise and some adjustment to diet. Whoo hoo!!
148.9 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2437 kcal Fat: 114.74g | Prot: 110.53g | Carb: 181.21g.   Breakfast: strawberries, banana, Cinnamon , Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Fiber Supplement, kiwi, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch: muenster, onion, swai market pantry, Dark Chocolate Almonds, extra virgin olive oil, butter, turnip greens. Dinner: Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried), French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Red Table Wine, Fried Battered Fish. Snacks/Other: Zen Green Tea, Scooby Doo baked Graham Crackers, NUTELLA CHOC NUT SPREAD. more...
