I haven't been in the 140's since I was in my early 30's and weightloss was easy with a little exercise and some adjustment to diet. Whoo hoo!!
148.9 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 March 2013:
2437 kcal Fat: 114.74g | Prot: 110.53g | Carb: 181.21g.   Breakfast: Cinnamon , kiwi, banana, strawberries, Fiber Supplement, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch: swai market pantry, extra virgin olive oil, butter, onion, turnip greens, muenster, Dark Chocolate Almonds. Dinner: Fried Battered Fish, Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried), Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Red Table Wine, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing. Snacks/Other: Zen Green Tea, Scooby Doo baked Graham Crackers, NUTELLA CHOC NUT SPREAD. more...
