I haven't been in the 140's since I was in my early 30's and weightloss was easy with a little exercise and some adjustment to diet. Whoo hoo!!
148.9 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 March 2013:
2437 kcal Fat: 114.74g | Prot: 110.53g | Carb: 181.21g.   Breakfast: Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, kiwi, Fiber Supplement, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Cinnamon , banana, strawberries. Lunch: onion, turnip greens, butter, muenster, extra virgin olive oil, swai market pantry, Dark Chocolate Almonds. Dinner: Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Fried Battered Fish, Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, Red Table Wine, Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried), French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen). Snacks/Other: Scooby Doo baked Graham Crackers, Zen Green Tea, NUTELLA CHOC NUT SPREAD. more...
