Disappointed.....no loss. I am going to work really hard this next week.

Just because you don't see a loss on the scale doesn't mean that your not losing fat. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for months but went down 4 sizes. Notice how your clothes are fitting and stay with it. It will move.

Thanks! I have noticed a difference in the way my jeans are fitting. No matter what I am not giving up!
