I hate myself, my body and pretty much everything right now.
I gained.
I haven't seen any reasonnable number for a week.
I've been good, though...

Thanks everyone, that's really sweet! Yeah, I'm still positive; usually when these things happen, I binge, and today I didn't so I'm feeling not so bad about myself finally.
