& the SAGA continues!

69.5kg

Til Tom arrives I refuse to log it. A bit pedantic, but everything I know about weightloss has gone completly out the window since I am weight training.

I had a really good session. My olympic weightlifting is taking shape. I always thought there is only one way of lifting. & I do need to work on how I bring the bar up, but I'll get there. James sounds pleased with my progess & so am I :)

Eating was spot on yesterday. I recorded up til 3pm & after that we went out for a meal where I had a warm cajun chicken salad. Yummy. I shoved the potatoes onto LBs plate & had only half of the warm crusty bread, no butter.

I am looking forward to my 10km run this afternoon, just before I go to see Logan, my hairdresser of nearly 3 years. That will involve a good natter session :). Tomorrow we will look after LBs little granddaughter all day, so hopefully I will get some rest on Sunday.

Happy days :)

Oh the woes of our troubles with TOM. I know how I struggled with my notions of weight and weight loss in conjunction with weight training, too. The concept that a gain can be good just didn't register with me, having been brainwashed my whole life into feeling that gains were bad. I'm glad you are doing well with your training with James and keeping your eating in check. Wow at your 10km run. The most I've ever done is a 6km run and that was several years ago now. I am looking forward to getting back to some running now that the roads are clearing but I think I'll have to wait until my energy levels improve some first. Have a wonderful day :)

Ooooo, hope the 10K went well. I looked up how many miles that is. Fantastic! Keep building muscle. It's worth the "weight". ;)

I thought they invented the internal combustion engine so we didn't have to run anymore lol. Good for you :)
