Gisme's Journal, 14 March 2013

Well I have lost about 12 lbs in about six weeks. Nothing to scoff at. I am jogging religiously and its probably the best form of exercize I could have done.

Other then that my regular heart rate not resting) has been in the low to mid fifties all week so I am pretty sure that is part of why I am less stressed and more relaxed these days as well as just jogging for the last six weeks has really improved my cardiovascular fitness.

Its health perks like this that keep me going. I am really thinking once I hit 145 140 135 I will be delighted.

Other then that I am probably going to get fired from my job soon and to be honest that stressed me out big time but health is more important. Must be greatful for what I have.

Good job on the weight loss! I ran 10 miles last Tuesday & didn't lose even 1lb! A resting heart rate of the 50's is fabulous! Mine is 72! I loved the last part about being grateful for what you have, it is so true!
