I am happy about my .5 weight loss. My goal this next week is to maintain since I am headed out of town for work. Hopefully all this eating out doesn't do much damage.
166.9 lb Lost so far: 52.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
