I feel absolutely disguisting today. All this work, and nothing.... especially last week, where I tracked everything and I gained. My skirt and shirts are tighter, and other body parts are just out of control. This is beyond frustrating.

Maybe it's "what" you are eating and not "how much. Calories are not all equal. Some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food? Bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods and junk? They contains tons of sodium and may inhibit weight loss in some people. Are you exercising? Being active helps burn calories, help your heart, lose fat, and burn muscle. Protein and high fiber foods help us lose best and keep us satiated. Start your day with protein to get your metabolism going. WHAT you eat can be just as important as HOW MUCH.
