Good morning All!!! It is not raining and is not freezing so looks to be a decent day. I already got in a 12 minute yoga session and man oh man does my lower back feel better. It was so tight and sore this morning and during the yoga (at stretching the ham strings) she said this is a good stretch because tight ham strings can cause lower back pain *AND HOW!!!!*. All better now and already got some work out in for the day. My arms are sore from the weights and pushp-ups (off the bar I am not that good), and so glad that it is an off day for them to recover.

Looks my weight is up a tad bit but not surprising and I know this too shall pass. I am working hard and will keep at it and it will move again when my body is ready.

Great attitude! I just got a yoga dvd to try and help relieve some of the soreness in my sides. I hope it works as well for me. :) Hope you have a great day!

Hope you have a good day too Jaime. I bought a yoga dvd the other night; two days later put it in the PS3 player; have yet to try it out. Thanks for the reminder!
