I've been looking for a goal - and was totally bummed to know I'm not going to obtain my goal for March 27, 2013 to be at 179. So, due to life's unforeseen happenings, I've come up with a new goal. To lose 10 pounds by my birthday in September. Invited my hubby to do the same goal by his birthday in November. Pinkie promise - so that is a sealed deal. If you are interested in joining this challenge - look for Happy Birthday to Me! Four weeks sessions. You could do a SMART goal and figure out how many pounds you need to lose each month to your birthday (can be this year or next year) to reach the minimum 10 pounds....up to you. Hope you can join me.

Starting the challenge 3/25/2013. I think it's very doable.

I would love to be at my goal weight or close and maintaining it at my birthday, which is also in September. I have about 10 lbs to get there, so we'll see, but I was so close last year and couldn't quite get there. I'm hoping after I kick all of this sinus crud I can get back to it and get healthy!
