Hmmm....so what have I done this week to cause me to have one sore right butt cheek???? Mind you my whole body is a tad stiff from my workouts this week, but what is up w/my isolated pain? Yes, a true pain in the butt!! LOL!!!

I have added a new class, yes another one! It is at the boxing gym, but it is an hour of excercise. No gloves involved. I added it because after doing it the first time it was the most my ab muscles had hurt since I went back to Pilates. So my weeks are pretty full now, and I think I have become addicted to sweating! Well it's better than giving in to my addiction of bread and butter, right? I put my schedule in my calendar for next week and dang I am busy w/workouts! I now have Zumba & Pilates on Monday, Body-Shape & Zumba on Wednesday, Boxing on Thursday & Friday, and Shape Intensity on Saturdays. Did I mention that I think I've become addicted to working out hard and sweating??? It is a good thing my hubby has started boxing with me so I can spend more time with him, and so he too can finish losing his weight. And the fact that he understands I need to do this for me makes me very lucky!

This is our last weekend of skiing for the season, bummer. Spring is right around the corner and so have to work in yard work time; which I love! At least all this hard work will pay off when the time comes to dig the pond hole and haul the rocks. Life is so good!!!

Sounds like a lot of fun. Glad to see you are still taking a couple days to rest every week too. I am happy for you and the hubby working out even more together. What a great way to spend time together.

Sounds like you got yourself an addiction all right ~ wish I could stand close enough for some of that sweat to fly my way and affect me that way ~ I still 'do' the exercise but it's like doing the laundry.. something that has to be done.

FullaBella you just gotta find what you enjoy. That way it is a treat not a nightmare. I love lifting weights and riding my bike for example. The rest I just do

You are an inspiration! Thanks for sharing with us what you are doing at the gym, it gives me ideas that might work for me. I will start looking at a family membership and see if I can get the teenagers involved - we sit around far too much!
