I Went on a Vacation to South Carolina, Golfing with my dad and consumed plenty amounts of food, while coming home to notice that I lost 2 pounds. Things seem to be going in the right direction! Im optimist about reaching my goals by early summer.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
