Oh dear. I forgot that that last batch of turmeric drops had more carbs than optimal. Now I am over my 25g net carb goal for the day. this is not good. Even only eating a bit over 1200 calories, my best guess is that I will show no loss or even a minor gain tomorrow. The carbs really are key for me.

Overall, I am pleased at my progress since January. Most pleasing of all is how much better I fell. Yay!
