I have not felt good all day. This time change has really got me off my usual schedule. I am getting ready to start the Insanity workout with my friend April tomorrow. I am very excited because i have a wedding dress that i want to look amazing in and hopefully i can get rid of this humongus muffin top and buddah belly.
