I haven't weighed in in a while because I've gained a few pounds, and I haven't been logging. I tried eating more like a normal person, not logging, eating more food for my workouts. But I have been dating and trying not to be so strict that it was unrealistic, as I realize I may have been. But I have been binging on fruits and starchy veggies, yogurt, nut butters, paleo baked goods, and slacking on some workouts. Partly because of time partly because of my hip/back pain. I found it is not spondylolythesis, but I have 2 bulging discs. Starting today I was going to start logging and keeping away from fruit (I mean I was eating like 5 or 6 fruits a day), but I ended up getting a really bad stomach virus and been bed ridden most of the day, nausea, dizzyness, headache, the whole shabang. I need to crack down again. My anxiety is getting to me about it.
