Feeling pretty good over the past few days. I've actually been daydreaming about my goal rewards, which I haven't even thought about in at least a year because I had all but given up. At -50 I want to get my nose pierced, and at -100 a tattoo. It's sort of a permanent reminder of what I will have worked so hard for, and today I actually found myself researching where to go, what I want, different jewelry etc. Having that confidence back is a awesome. Last night I even turned down ice cream and opted for grapes instead, and even though I was crying on the inside the first few minutes, afterwards I felt great knowing I made the right choice.

I know just what you mean about daydreaming about goal rewards. I am always treating myself with some kind of gifts along the way. Just two weeks ago, I ordered three pairs of shoes (I love shoes). And before that I ordered a wrap dress in my goal size as a daily reminder why I have decided to lose this weight. But my ultimate goal prizes are: First when I lose down to 199, I am going to treat myself to the hair salon and get a new do and color. I'm thinking of going either dark brown or arburn. Second, my mother promised me a paid in full cruise if I lose 100 pounds. So, I am working towards those goals. We just have to keep making the right choices like you did that night and we will me meet our goal and get our rewards.

I haven't dared to buy clothes smaller than I am yet, but that's a good one to add. I like visual reminders.
