the day is going pretty well I work nights tonight & that means I've been home all day alone with the refridg & wanting to eat all day., BUT havent! YUP I've kept myself in check. this doesnt mean I'm going through snack withdrauls because I'AM! this is so stinking hard for me but today I'm really trying to self talk myself out of eating everything in the house. anyway I'm looking forward to trying another new dish, its baked Talapia (were not fish eaters) so I guess will see how this one goes. the rest of the day is pretty nice & quiet, thats how I like it DRAMMA FREE.
