Dear Heavens, I am not a published writer yet but I already have a 'groupie' she friended' me on FB and messaged me and she wants my phone number. I told her I don't know her yet. She liked my photos of me. That was very unexpected, but she looks way too young for me anyway. It is flattering as I am 50 and women generally have not shown any interest. Her profile says she lives in NYC. Anyway, my writing is going well. My dieting is going well too. I have a migraine/head cold --- I think it is more migraine-related as I have allergies. I will do a weigh-in next week, I hope everyone is well.

I am glad to see a Latin American pope. They are the most devoted Catholics in the world, the Hispanic people. They are very godly and religious. It also shows that the Church cares about them and the abject poverty most of them live in. Anyway, I am OK and the dieting is going well. I am going to many church events now many times a week and it is a good thing for me.
