Not as much change as last week, but it's my lowest weigh-in so far this year, so I'm still happy. Every little bit helps!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go. I am still trying to lose. I think I am down about 2 lbs , but it has taken so long that it is depressing and makes you want to fall back into old habit. Oh well, going for a walk soon, perhaps that will help!

Thanks! I need to update my pic again, but haven't had time. I'm not much smaller weight wise since then, but I think my waist is smaller. Getting an hourglass shape and loving it! :)
