ogay as always. started with oatmeal in the morning at 10.15 had to go to a funeral so it took me awhile to eat again.I ate at golden coral..ut ooo...i ate piece of steak and two chicken thieghs grilled,small salad with oil...little piece of brownie couple spoonfuls of corn 3 shrimp..ok i cheated abit nut on my plan i can, that was at 4 to 4 3. here it is 9 02 and i'm still full.that probably 1300 calories at that meal takes me to about 1600 for the day.I WILL WEIGH IN MORNING.THINK I'LL DO SOME MINOR STRECTCHES AND TWIST TO BURN A FEW TONIGHT.I WILL NOT FAIL.
