Carole Shaw's Journal, 12 March 2013

During the last 6 months I have been caring for my mother who passed away last Friday. During that time I slowly gained back a few (4) of the pounds I had lost, but I am ready to get back to work at this.

I should be able to exercise regularly now, and hope to get back into watching what I eat. SO here goes nothing!
