這禮拜很多事情,雖然很多事,但今天慢慢卻有條不紊的一件件事,慢慢的完成。這很像我的體重,雖然有時會增加,但不要因為刻意要減肥,反而,亂了秩序。雖然很多東西都想吃,但必須慢慢來,現在胃很小,要盡量少量多餐,慢慢控制體重,多吃健康食物,來替代肚子餓時。
