im really disappointed right now.. i gotta not eat past 10pm, if i do its gotta be very light. i gotta drop this asap.. my goal is to drop 5lbs now, and ill go from there. also to figure out my hormone imbalance with the estrogen and thyroid. dont give up.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
