Back from South America. Gained 15 lbs. I blame it on the potatoes and corn, but I know that it was due to the fact that I did not exercise while on the road during the year. Started working out towards the end and changed my diet slightly and was able to lose 5 lbs. Now that I am back, resume my old workout regime and lost another 5 lbs, but just came back from a week in the Dominican Republic, where the resort I stayed at was all-inclusive. Unfortunately, I gained back the 5 lbs I worked to lose. So now back on the hard road to lose those stubborn 10 lbs.
