Last post said "time to get back on track"...but I didn't change much. The scale and my clothes confirms it. I started a juice fast yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I juiced for breakfast and had a smoothie for dinner. I did a small lunch consisting of appr 300 cal. that combined protein and veggies. No carbs. and lots of water.

I am hoping to clean my liver and digestive system to eliminate toxins and cravings. Plus I want to self-heal my heartburn problems. I had foot surgery two weeks ago and not very active at this time. However I am managing to do upperbody workout with weights and squats without putting pressure on the ball of my foot. It's working out great.

My goal is to lose the 10lb I put on in a few months and be back up to running 13 miles in a few months. Done it before...possible to do it again.
