February was a cruel month; finally feel like I've pulled past that. In addition to the (self-inflicted) weight gain and subsequent loss, I think I hit one of those settling points. I don't call it a plateau. I believe my body just has points that it stops and adjusts to its weight. This has been true all my life whether the scale is going up or down. I know the next settling point will come around 136. My task now is (as ever) to stay on plan and not let my body think the last settling point (142) is its natural weight. I'm adding activity and know that will be of benefit to my goals. I'm half-way there. 17 down, 17 to go. Yessss.
